Job Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on training sessions on facial, body slimming and other beauty treatments.
• Develop and update training materials to ensure alignment with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Evaluate the performance of therapists and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide on-the-job support and mentorship to beautician & therapists.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and recommend improvement plans.
• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.

Requirements

• With minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Trainer, ideally in Beauty Salon for face and body treatments
• Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ or any other relevant qualifications in beauty
• Strong knowledge of facial, body slimming and beauty treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting and influencing
• Passion for the beauty industry and dedication to skill development
• Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
