Beauty Sales Manager

Salary: $5-10k

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Beauty Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our upscale beauty spa, with award winning products and treatments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, and a deep understanding of the beauty and wellness industry. As the Beauty Sales Manager, you will work alongside the Spa Manager and be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering client relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Championing the brand with passion, showcasing and conveying our full range of services
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue
  • Achieve and exceed assigned personal / company sales targets
  • Proficiency in managing and successfully closing high-value sales transactions
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • In charge of guaranteed effectiveness and profitability in order to achieve KPIs
  • Oversee all customer care / administrative operations & initiatives
  • Proactively follow up and maintain excellent after-sales relationship with customers
  • Train the team to hit their monthly targets by upskilling them with the relevant sales techniques
  • Continuous learning to maintain a deep understanding of the spa’s services, treatments and product offerings
  • Make professional recommendations on products, treatments and packages to customers
  • Provide top-notch customer service experience with professional touch
  • Handle customer referrals and retention efforts
  • Perform facial/spa treatments as and when required
  • Other adhoc duties as and when required
Requirements
  • CIDESCO/CIBTEC/ITEC or other relevant Beauty/Wellness certifications will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and positive personality
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets
  • Competent, self-driven and focused on achieving results
  • Solid communication & presentation abilities in both English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
