Job summary

A wellness therapy company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for various technical operations of wellness therapy including cupping and guasha. The role requires professional consultation on beauty products and treatments, establishing customer relationships, and recording therapy outcomes. Candidates should have a professional certificate in beauty and skincare, preferably with Mandarin proficiency and at least one year of experience. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate effectively with associates.
• Qualified in beauty and skincare with a relevant professional certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform various technical wellness therapies.

• Complete various technical operations of wellness therapy;(Cupping, Back Guasha, Porcelain Moi, Head Guasha, Moxi Light Therapy, Womb Care Therapy,Meridian Bojin Therpapy, Indiba Slimming Therapy)
• Responsible for introducing the functions, precautions and other information of therapy;
• Provide professional analysis, consultant and advice customer on suitable beauty product and treatment
• Observe the effects of wellness TCM therapy and the reflection of illness, and make records in time;
• Handle customer requests and enquiries
• Build and establish strong customer relationship

Requirements

• Able to speak Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
• Professional Certificate/NiTEC/CIBTAC/ITEC in Beauty and Skincare
• Minimum 1 years of working experience
• Immediately available is highly preferred
