Introduction:

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Café Crew Member to help bring the retail side of our store, located at Dempsey Hill, to life. If you love good food, enjoy engaging with customers, and take pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly — we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make fresh smoothies and other beverages to order
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks
• Serve pastries and light snacks with care and attention to presentation
• Operate the cash register and handle cashless/cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café area
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Deliver warm, helpful customer service at all times
• Assist in opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail, grocery, or F&B is preferred
• Comfortable handling POS systems and performing cashier duties
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Strong attention to detail and a love for clean, well-organized spaces
• Physically able to lift boxes and restock shelves as needed
• Interest in food, ingredients, and kitchen staples is a plus
