A local bakery company in Singapore seeks a Baker to work collaboratively in producing high-quality breads and viennoiseries. The ideal candidate is passionate about baking, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is dedicated to maintaining excellence with minimal errors. Responsibilities include mixing, shaping, and baking different doughs, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.
The Baker is able to work well together in a team to make beautiful breads and viennoiseries for the company’s bakery cafes and other wholesale clients. Sourdough breads, tin breads, croissants, and cruffins are some of the products produced at our central bakery at Mandai.
