About the role

Eastar Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic BabySPA Assistant Service Staff to join our team in the Punggol North-East Region. This is a full‑time position, where you will play a crucial role in providing high‑quality care and services to our valued clients and their babies.

What you’ll be doing

1. Assisting with the daily operations of the BabySPA, including preparing the facilities and equipment for client sessions
2. Providing attentive and personalised care to babies during their spa treatments, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times
3. Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
4. Engaging with clients, answering queries, and providing excellent customer service
5. Supporting the BabySPA team with administrative tasks and other duties as required

What we’re looking for

1. Previous experience in the childcare or spa industry, or a strong interest in providing care and services to babies
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and their babies in a warm and professional manner
3. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
4. Flexibility and the willingness to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
