A leading global investment organization with a presence in over 40 countries and offices worldwide is seeking to hire an Assistant Vice President (AVP) for its Real Estate Business Management team.

This team plays a critical role in supporting global real estate investment activities through effective governance, process optimization, transaction execution support, and oversight of the Operational Due Diligence (ODD) program for joint ventures and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and coordinate operational due diligence reviews from initiation to completion.
  • Identify, document, and address key risks to ensure alignment with internal governance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of reviews, findings, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate ODD findings into broader investment operations.
  • Contribute to technology and data initiatives, including migration of historical due diligence records.
  • Support additional business management and improvement projects as required.
Candidate Profile
  • University degree in business, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of experience in internal audit, operational risk, due diligence, or a similar role within financial services or real estate.
  • Strong understanding of governance, internal controls, and process efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
