A leading AV solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver audio-visual projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4–8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in project management. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. The role involves leading client interactions and ensuring the projects meet specified requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing Audio Visual or related low-voltage technology projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation plans.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• 4–8 years of experience in AV projects or similar fields, with at least 2 years in a project management role.
• Must be proficient in spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver AV projects according to project schedules and requirements.
• Serve as the main contact for clients and keep them updated on project progress.
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor site work to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Manage project costs, timelines, and documentation.
• Support system testing, commissioning, and final handover to clients.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
