Job description

Location: Tampines

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary: $3,500 - $4,800

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations, follow up on sales leads, and build strong relationships with partners and suppliers
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and address concerns
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and internal reports
• Ensure availability of AV equipment for demos and sales activities
• Manage quotations, purchase orders, and pricing negotiations with vendors
• Represent the company at meetings and industry events
• Work closely with management to plan and execute AV projects
• Create and review schematic drawings and layout plans
• Assist in procurement of AV hardware/software and ensure project readiness
• Manage project timelines, logistics, and equipment storage/transport
• Perform installation, configuration, upgrading, and troubleshooting of AV systems onsite
• Execute electrical wiring, trunking, and basic construction tasks
• Commission and test devices including CCTV, ELV, Bluetooth, and other AV technologies
• Provide pre-, during-, and post-project support including quality checks, technical issue resolution, and user training
• Maintain project documentation and liaise with finance for billing and costing

Requirements

• Diploma in Audio Visual Technology, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, IT, or Computer Engineering
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AV systems and technologies
• Strong understanding of video conferencing, broadcasting, signal flow, and control systems
• Familiarity with video editing software, graphics, and encoding tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of AV hardware, software, and industry trends
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
