Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical layout drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, and cable routing plans.
• Design and prepare mechanical drawings.
• Sizing of cables, CB, and other components for control panels.
• Develop and update electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, and coordination drawings.
• Incorporate design changes, markups, and feedback from engineers or site teams into updated drawings.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain and organize CAD files, drawing logs, and project documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Coordination

• Liaise with electrical engineers, site supervisors to ensure proper integration of electrical systems.
• Track project progress and assist in preparing reports, schedules, and status updates.
• Support in managing RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and document control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min. ITE in Engineering, or a related field.
• Min. 2 years of experience in drafting, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Handle admin works.
• Being able to start work on short notice is a plus.
• Able to communicate in fluent English or Mandarin.
