Overview

As an Audit Specialist at WW DEFSYS PVT LTD in the Account & Finance department, located at Jasola Apollo, DLF Tower B, New Delhi, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, your primary duties will include reviewing fixed and variable costs, assessing SAP entries, and identifying cost-effective solutions to enhance financial efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed audit reports for various departments, provide insights for financial improvement, and assist in the month-end financial closure process.
• Audit manufacturing costs and verify expenses related to raw materials, suggesting policy changes to improve overall company operations.
• Review and audit tour bills, local conveyance expenses, and Management Information System (MIS) reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Audit GST returns and conduct quarterly audits of the trial balance; maintain detailed records of tour claims for accurate tracking and reporting.
