Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct a full spectrum of audiological services, including screening, diagnostic assessments and rehabilitation for children, adults and seniors.
  2. Manage the hearing aid process, from trials and counselling to fitting, programming, verification, and troubleshooting.
  3. Oversee the operations of our Hearing Care Centre and lead outreach programmes to educate the general public on essential hearing care.
  4. Support clients in their applications for relevant financial support schemes.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology.
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  3. Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  4. A heart for serving those who need hearing care.
  5. Proficiency in Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) is an advantage - all staff are given training in SgSL.
