Do you have what it takes to build a career in employee relations? In this role, you will support the resolution of employee issues, assist in investigations, and help ensure our workplace practices reflect our values and comply with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, grievances, and complaints.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of employee complaints, misconduct allegations, and policy violations.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of employee relations cases and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate with and assist Internal Audit in employee-related investigations.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities - incident/investigation documentations, reports, training etc.
  • Optimizing HR processes and workflows which involves streamlining and improving the efficiency of case management.
  • Use data insights to recommend proactive measures and process improvements

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration and is IHRP Certified.
  • 1 to 3 years of related working experience in HR or employee relations role.
  • Familiarity with Singapore labour laws, regulations, compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of conflict resolutions and employee investigations.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities including presentation skills.
  • Attention to details and strong documentation skills.
