A leading global medical technology company based in Singapore is seeking a Business Development professional to identify promising acquisition opportunities and manage deal processes. The role requires a background in life sciences or biomedical engineering, along with substantial experience in business development. The ideal candidate will also possess strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills. Travel requirements are approximately 10-15%.

Identify and evaluate promising business opportunities for acquisition / in-licensing that support the strategic objectives of ZB AP team. Subsequently manage the deal process including commercial diligence, deal terms, contract negotiation and support the integration of successful projects into the broader organization.
