- Manage and provide support for IT operations and handling user requests.
- Manage annual IT asset stocktake verifications.
- Manage staff welfare matters for the department.
- Assist in core laboratories’ operations and administrative matters.
- Maintain documentations and records.
- Assist in the execution of seminars and special events.
- Assist in general office support administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

- Manage annual IT asset stocktake verifications for the department.
- Manage staff welfare matters for the department and handle the documentation processing for internships.
- Assist and provide support for the core laboratories’ operations and administrative matters.
- Maintain documentations and records
- Assist in the execution of seminars, special events and projects.
- Assist in other general office support administrative tasks.
