Responsibilities
- Create and modify Customer master records.
- Receipt posting from various sources.
- Reconciliation of Credit Card collection, and AR Ledger vs General Ledger.
- Prepare journal and audit schedules.
- Handle high volume of incoming and outgoing calls related to billing and payments.

- Support enquiry from Clinic/Pharmacy/Patients
- Prepare journal and audit schedules
- Follow up with instalment payments
- Follow up with outstanding bills
- Handle high volume of incoming and outgoing calls related to billing and payments
