We are seeking an experienced professional to join their Product Development team, responsible for driving the development and growth of private market investment products. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the product strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and trends through research and analysis, and develop investment solutions that meet market demand
• Collaborate with investment teams to bring new investment ideas to market, and coordinate the product development process from concept to launch
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure new products are operationally sound, compliant, and commercially viable
• Evaluate fund structures and vehicle options to meet the needs of different investor segments and jurisdictions
• Contribute to ongoing product management and optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 10-15 years of experience in a relevant role
• Proven track record of success in product development, investment, or a related field, with a focus on private market strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
