Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare control drawings to support manufacturing processes.
- Edit and update engineering drawings using SolidWorks and other 3D CAD tools.
- Manage and track Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Organize, classify, and maintain proper documentation, including filing and archiving of engineering records.
- Document and prepare minutes for engineering meetings, maintain daily schedules, and assist with planning activities.
- Compile reports, Product Development Request Forms (PDRFs), and technical drawings for internal and external submission.
- Support departmental initiatives and participate in team-based activities such as Targeted Main Activities (TMA).
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Provide technical assistance and engineering support for in-process and production operations.
- Assist in evaluating processes, machinery, and materials to address production challenges.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Requirements:
- ITE or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Proficient in SolidWorks and other 3D CAD software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with FMEA, data analysis, and system design is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
