The Role

An exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and expanding Singapore office as an Associate and become a member of our Global Finance Practice. The ideal candidate should cover the Asia‑Pacific region for a global practice, and advise on banking & finance related matters, with a focus on:

• Structured finance
• Project finance
• General lending and security
• Banking & finance regulatory and advisory

Work with the Singapore partners to support and interact with the team's clients which include financial institutions, funds and multi-national corporates throughout the region.

Qualification and Experience

• 0‑2 PQE (Post‑Qualification Experience)
• Law degree from a reputable school with strong academic track record.
• International law firm background and/or international experience preferred.
• Good legal writing and drafting skills.
• Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic team player, ambitious, self‑motivated, and resilient.
• Second working language proficiency a plus.
• Written assessment and references will be required.
