The successful candidate will advise on banking and finance matters, focusing on structured finance, project finance, and regulatory advisory. A law degree and 0-2 PQE are required, along with strong communication and legal writing skills. An exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and expanding Singapore office as an Associate and become a member of our Global Finance Practice. The ideal candidate should cover the Asia‑Pacific region for a global practice, and advise on banking & finance related matters, with a focus on:
Work with the Singapore partners to support and interact with the team's clients which include financial institutions, funds and multi-national corporates throughout the region.
Support Singapore partners in advising on banking and finance matters, interacting with finance clients, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic advice across the Asia‑Pacific region.
