Job Responsibilities

• Support Class Teachers in classroom and non‑classroom settings, including routines, outdoor play, snack time, and learning journeys.
• Work in small groups or one‑on‑one with students in the classroom to reinforce instructional material.
• Assist class teacher in organizing the learning environment, preparing teaching materials and maintaining resources and ensure a clean organised classroom.
• Encourage student participation, promote positive behaviour, and reinforce classroom expectations.
• Collaborate with teachers to support students’ learning progress and well‑being and manage classroom dynamics, including supporting students with development behaviours/learning needs.
• Ensure children’s safety and well‑being by following school guidelines and routines.
