ASSISTANT SECURITY MANAGER
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager to plan and manage manpower manning and deployment of officers for all sites and ensure sufficient manpower at the assignments
  • Supervise security teams and conduct on site checks to ensure all SOPs are in place
  • Manage and respond to security incidents and emergencies 24/7
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, regular visits to the assignments
  • Capability to lead and communicate with all levels
  • To arrange the relevant and/or necessary training and development courses/program for all officers
  • To ensure new officers receive On-Job-Training prior to actual deployment to the sites
  • To assist in the recruitment of new officer(s) as and when required
  • To response to any emergency at the client’s site within the stipulated timing
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Security Manager/Management.
Job Requirement
