Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate with SIC SGPO on supply allocation, capacity planning, and pricing.
  • Discuss raw material quality and suggest competitive material grades for SEA.
  • Liaise with Japanese headquarters to align material standards and ensure compliance with Shimano global policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance on material specifications and collaborate with SEA factories for implementation.
  • Facilitate communication between SEA operations and Japan for timely decision-making.
