Job summary

• Working hours: 5.5 days/ 8 hours

• Salary: Up to $7500 + AWS + Transport Claims + 14 Days Annual Leave

• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities

• Lead full project team to deliver within time, quality, and cost
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans
• Manage deliverables, scope, changes, issues, and risks
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution and communication with main contractor
• Monitor progress, performance, costs, and cash flow
• Evaluate project outcomes and support dissemination activities
• Work closely with client to meet business needs
• Certify subcontractors’ progress claims
• Perform other project engineering/management tasks

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering / Construction Management or relevant course
• Min. 5 - 8 years’ project engineering, management experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary
• Preferably with construction industry background (Architectural & M&E)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
