Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and update project documentation such as method statements, progress reports, RA/SWP, and as‑built drawings.
  • Support site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Site Management
    • Monitor site progress and quality of works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.
    • Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues on site.
    • Conduct routine inspections and assist in site supervision to ensure adherence to schedule and workmanship quality.
    Procurement & Cost Control
    • Assist in preparing material requisitions, cost comparisons, and supplier/subcontractor evaluations.
    • Track material delivery and inventory to prevent delays.
    • Support the QS team in cost control, variation order documentation, and progress claim submissions.
    Safety & Compliance
    • Ensure all works comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site safety requirements.
    • Coordinate with Safety Officers to implement and monitor safety measures.
    • Participate in safety audits and toolbox meetings when required.
    Reporting & Documentation
    • Maintain project documentation including correspondence, RFI logs, inspection reports, and daily site records.
    • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to management and clients.
    • Assist in project handover, including preparation of O&M manuals and final documentation.
    Job Requirements
    • Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
    • 5 years of relevant experience in construction.
    • Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and site coordination.
    • Familiar with local regulations, BCA, WSH, and authorities’ submission procedures.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
    • Good communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
    • Able to work independently under supervision and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
