The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in operations, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of operations or management experience, preferably in FMCG, trading, or logistics.
  • Experience in inventory management and stock-taking.
  • Possession of Class 3 and forklift licenses is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and supervise the operations team.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
  • Plan and conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
  • Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyse operational data and prepare management reports.
  • Manage manpower, resources, and equipment requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of operations or management experience (FMCG, trading, or logistics preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in inventory management and stock‑taking.
  • Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and independent.
  • Have Class 3 license.
  • Have forklift license is a plus.
  • Able to work 5.5 days per week.
