Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution:Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across various platforms (including social media strategies).

  • Content Creation:Help create and edit compelling content for marketing materials, social media, and websites, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Market Research & Analysis:Conduct market research, analyse trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and informed strategy.

  • Event Coordination:Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and other activities to generate leads and boost brand awareness.

  • Budget Management:Assist in preparing and monitoring marketing budgets and expenses.

  • Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, leveraging insights to recommend improvements.

  • Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and manage project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to details.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Demonstrate expertise in developing and executing high-impact social media strategies and campaigns across at least one or a few platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu etc.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative and motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.
