Responsibilities
Advisory, Engagement, and Adoption of Programmes
- Promote JSIT-RETAIL through one-to-one engagement with companies and working with partners, mass outreach events, and active follow-up on leads.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to support outreach and networking events, online and offline marketing to increase awareness and adoption of JSIT-Retail.
- Identify, develop, and maintain a repository of success stories on JSIT-Retail.
- Develop and update marketing collaterals for publicity of JSIT-Retail.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance marketing and communication opportunities.
- Engage with customers to promote programme adoption.
- Coordinate with service providers, training providers, employment agencies, and government agencies to achieve programme outcomes.
- Manage and execute the JSIT-R PR and Media plan in collaboration with the appointed PR Agency.
- Drive and monitor KPIs assigned to the programme.
Programme Administration
- Assist in the administration of JSIT-Retail following established SOPs.
- Manage and process applications and claims from partners and customers.
- Consolidate monthly KPI tracking, project updates, and reporting data.
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Marcom, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Articulate and confident in promoting programmes both one-to-one and during mass industry events.
- Result-oriented, resourceful, and persistent in meeting programme KPIs.
