Assistant Manager, Leisure Travel

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager (Leisure Travel), with a minimum of 4 years working experience in the travel industry in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Daily email communication with our clients’ enquiries.
  • Daily data input to our reservation system.
  • Make reservations for all hotels, tours and transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle travel itineraries, vouchers, tickets, and related documents.
  • Arrange tour programs and produce sales quotations (added advantage).
  • Prepare sales invoices and perform payment follow-ups with clients.
  • Work independently and as part of the travel team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills and a motivated, enthusiastic approach.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • College diploma or university degree.
  • Experience in travel industry (minimum 4 years working experience).
  • Experience in making reservations for hotels, tours and transfers accurately and promptly.
  • Experience in preparing travel itineraries, vouchers, and tickets.
  • Experience in arranging tour programs and producing sales quotations (advantage).
  • Experience in preparing sales invoices & payment follow-ups with clients.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
