A premier hospitality firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager – Event Service to help ensure the successful running of the Event Service department. This role requires a focus on managing the department in line with established standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and meeting budgetary goals. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience in hotel or banquet management, along with strong leadership qualities. The Assistant Manager – Event Service is responsible to assist the Event Service Manager in managing the Event Service department as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the department’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the department.
