Description of Key Job Duties:
Japanese Website Management (Approx. 10%)
- Maintain and update the Japanese-language website on a monthly basis, in alignment with business needs.
- Act as the local point of contact for the Japanese market by managing incoming email inquiries (approx. 1 per weekday), and routing them to relevant departments.
Content Creation & Distribution (Approx. 40%)
- Create and distribute press releases in Japanese (1–2 per month).
- Localize global marketing materials provided by HQ for the Japanese audience, including: Product and solution videos (approx. once per month), corporate brochures (biannually), company fact sheets (annually) and comprehensive product catalogs (biannually).
- Develop localized promotional tools (e.g., A4-sized case study flyers) to support sales activities.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create and tailor content for different media and platforms, including official social media accounts and the internal TrinaHub platform.
Event Planning & Execution (Approx. 40%)
- Lead the planning and execution of the company’s booth at the PV EXPO 2026 (March 17–19), from initial concept through on-site operations.
- Represent the company at both online and offline events, preparing promotional assets aligned with event themes to increase brand awareness and generate sales leads.
- Plan and manage informational sessions (online/offline) in collaboration with the sales team—this includes recruiting participants, organizing logistics, executing the event, and preparing post-event reports (1–2 times expected in the second half of the year).
General Marketing & Sales Support (Approx. 10%)
- Produce promotional novelties based on sales team requests (approx. twice per year).
- Respond to sales team inquiries by liaising with HQ to obtain and share up-to-date strategic and business information (e.g., industry positioning, awards, etc.).
- Maintain and update the company’s internal marketing resource library.
- Assist with internal administrative processes including legal review of contracts, document stamping, expense applications, and project tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in mass communications, marketing, PR, or equivalent
- Over 3 years of practical experience in PR, corporate communications, or marketing (preferably in a global/multinational environment)
- Proven ability to plan and execute effective marketing communication programs, with strong influence and leadership across stakeholders
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in Japanese and English in order to liaise with Japanese counterparties
- Strong interpersonal skills, coordination, and problem-solving ability
