Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage and process HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, IRAS submissions, CPF contributions, and MOM pass applications (work passes, renewals, and cancellations).
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all MOM regulations and statutory requirements.
- Review and enhance HR policies to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with company culture.
People Leadership & Culture
- Foster a people‑first culture that emphasizes trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with the HR Director to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members in delivering high‑quality, consistent HR support.
- Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, well‑being, and development.
Talent Management
- Work with a team of recruiters to fulfil hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Support career progression and succession planning efforts within the organization.
Employee Relations & Performance
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
- Proactively address employee grievances and drive fair, transparent resolutions.
- Analyse employee retention and turnover metrics to provide insights and action plans.
Prerequisites
- Proven experience in an HR management or senior generalist role, preferably within creative, digital, or professional services industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Singapore HR practices, employment law, and MOM processes.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational excellence and people empathy.
- Adaptive, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to work independently, multi‑task and prioritise workload with strong follow‑through.
