Responsibilities

As a key member of the data management team, you will ensure accuracy, consistency and standardization of HR processes to ensure efficient administration of all HR activities that comply with the company's policies and government legislation.

You will work proactively in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver end-to-end processing of employee data, keep proper documentation and records, and administer staff compensation and benefits.

There will be projects focused on HR system enhancements in SuccessFactors, as well as Leave and Attendance Management, providing opportunities for you to hone your project‑management skills and develop yourself as a subject‑matter expert in HRIS deployment.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years or more relevant HR Shared Service Experience.
  • Hands‑on experience on SuccessFactors is a pre‑requisite.
  • Knowledge of payroll administration is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in an HR shared services environment with a large organization is preferred.
  • Highly self‑motivated, committed and resourceful; with initiative and drive to deliver organized and meticulous work.
