Job description
Assistant Executive (Finance)

You will be responsible for managing the financial matters and maintaining the accounts for our one of our investment properties. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts Management: You will be in charge of keeping a partial set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

  • Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly financial reports for management, providing insights and updates on the financial status of the investment property.

  • Cashflow Monitoring: Overseeing cashflows, loan repayments, and interest repayments to ensure financial stability and proper fund management.

  • Tax Compliance: Submission of GST and handling all related tax matters to ensure compliance with local regulations.

  • Ad-hoc Requests: Assisting with ad-hoc requests for information from other departments or projects, providing timely and accurate financial data as needed.

  • Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative tasks assigned within the Finance department, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, or a related field.

  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.

  • Proven experience in managing accounts and financial reporting.

  • Strong understanding of cashflow management and tax compliance.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:
