Job description
Project / Tender Support:
  • Prepare and assist senior engineers in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation during project or tender phase, demonstrating understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors as needed.
  • Support site inspections and quality control checks.
Technical Assistance:
  • Understand client’s requirement and prepare engineering calculations and drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Prepare and assist in the selection and specification of equipment and materials.
  • Research and analyse technical data.
Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure project compliance.
  • Prepare and implement method of statement and processes for quality assurance.
  • Coordinate and carry out testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems are operational and meet performance requirements.
  • Prepare operational and maintenance manuals and as-built drawing for project handover.
Learning and Development:
  • Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop technical skills.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
  • 0 to 1 years of relevant experience as Mechanical Engineer in Construction industry
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCad and MS Office
  • Skill in AutoCad Revit is an advantage
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English communication
  • Organized, responsible, good team player and initiative with positive work attitude
  • Willing to learn and coordinate between different trades
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadline and do overtime if necessary
