What The Role Is
You are responsible for ensuring project timelines are properly tracked and close monitoring of all project milestones to ensure successful implementation of a new medical system.
What You Will Be Working On
- Conduct in-depth project planning and develop implementation roadmap
- Manage project timelines
- Oversee budget and resource management, ensuring prudent and appropriate use of funds and timely payment to vendors
- Collate and prepare updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Participate in business requirement gathering
- Spearhead change management and communication efforts
- Ensure timely and effective communication of new medical system changes to ground‑users, servicemen and other stakeholders
- Manage risks, dependencies and timelines in complex, multi‑year, multi‑stakeholder projects

- Working in dynamic and fast‑paced environment while managing project timelines and ensuring successful implementation of new medical systems
- Managing stakeholders including administrators, clinicians, management, technical agencies and vendors
- Spearheading change management and communication efforts
What We Are Looking For
- Education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, Project Management, Public Health or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in procurement, contract management and vendor management
- Experience in end‑to‑end IT project delivery including managing risks, dependencies and timelines in complex, multi‑year, multi‑stakeholder projects
- Experience in designing and delivering communication campaigns (internal and external)
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability in developing and executing management strategies for policy, process or implementation
- Familiarity with IT implementation projects including requirement gathering, testing and rollout planning
