A leading property services firm in Singapore is seeking a Cost Manager to manage multiple projects from tendering to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong cost estimation skills, effective communication abilities, and experience in interior design projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to coordinate with vendors and suppliers is essential for this role. This position offers a fast-paced working environment with opportunities for professional growth.
You will be working side‑by‑side with the team to ensure the success of a project – from the tendering stage, to design phase, to construction, and to completion. The projects are many and varied, including variations in project dollar value and complexity. You will be exposed to Fit‑outs & Refurbishments for both Tenants and Landlords in Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality and Education.
Do you enjoy multi‑tasking? Several projects are on‑going at various stages, hence you will have to coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure no downtime during works. You will be involved from preparing project specifications and project timeline, preparing tender or bid documents and vendor procurement as well as weekly project reports and updates to be submitted to the stakeholders. Delivering projects within the established budgets and timelines is the key!
