Job Description
- Responsible for budget estimate, cost checking, preparation of tender submission
- Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and costing structures
- Manage submission works, contractual requirements and VO
- Handle progress claim, progress payment & finalization of accounts
- Carry out quantity take-off for tendering and on-going projects
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Monitor actual construction vs contract work quantity to ensure cost is managed within budget throughout the project
- Assist on project scheduling
- Attend project/site meeting with customer, consultant and vendors
