Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years working experience in large scale construction projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist to in charge of BIM Team consisting of BIM Coordinators & Modellers.
• Manage process of exchange, collaboration and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies during design, construction and handover of the projects.
• Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice,
• Prepare, execute and maintain BIM strategies and plans.
• Support and provide review on BIM Project Models, workflows and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects deliverables.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Degree in Engineering with at least 6 years and above of working experience in large scale projects in construction, design, drafting or coordination in services.
• With at least 6 years of BIM coordination/management experience in the relevant industry for large scale projects, preferably civil engineering projects.
• Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and ability to handle pressure.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
