The role involves strong stakeholder engagement and detailed documentation to support asset management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in project management within the financial services sector and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
The Chief Administrative Office is tasked with developing and implementing first-line defense governance and controls for the asset management legal entity.
As an Associate in the Chief Administrative Office within Asset Management, you are responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions, gaining a deep understanding of the businesses, their associated risks, controls, architecture, and products, as well as key corporate and control functions such as Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Controls. Furthermore, you involve engaging with teams outside of asset management for centralized matters.
You will report to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the Asset Management office in Singapore. You are responsible for the comprehensive management of projects and new business initiatives within the Asset Management office, focusing on the Singapore and South East Asia markets. Additionally, you support corporate governance for Asset Management Singapore legal entity.
