The Role

The Lead, Assessments will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the organization's talent assessment and management processes. The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Assessment and Development Centres: Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of assessment and development centres for effective talent management.
  • Talent Assessments: Lead efforts to assess both candidates and employees, ensuring alignment with competency frameworks and organizational needs.
  • Programme Research and Evaluation: Conduct research and manage projects to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programmes, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Programme Design and Delivery: Develop and deliver training programmes and workshops to support talent assessment and management initiatives.
