We are a passionate, innovative group focused on creating compelling visual experiences for our streaming service across international markets. Our goal is to ensure visual excellence and strengthen the connection between creative execution and audience engagement. We develop cinematic key art and campaign visuals for film and television content, managing the conceptualization, design, and delivery of artwork that powers title presentation on our 1st and 3rd party platforms. Collaborating closely with Strategists, Producers & Editors across Design and Marketing, we ensure creative assets align perfectly with strategic direction and audience needs to support efficient creative and production workflows. This provides opportunities to influence both project-level delivery and larger creative initiatives that benefit the entire product and creative ecosystem.
Description
- In this contract role, you will work on conceptual development and creative execution for our original streaming content across International markets.
- You will contribute to title-level campaign development, creating targeted solutions for APAC markets that can resonate with the local audience and culture while still maintaining global brand consistency.
- You will provide specialist design services to our dedicated creative team within the Content Design org.
- You will develop cinematic key art for TV and movie content that reflects the premium quality standards of the platform through compelling visual storytelling and sophisticated compositing.
- You will bring fresh ideas and creative thinking, with the ability to think and implement quickly, laterally, independently, and collaboratively.
- You will work closely with strategy and marketing to align creative and strategic needs, and identify new design opportunities.
- You will present work to creative leadership as well as editorial and marketing partners, articulating concepts with clarity and effectively representing design perspectives.
- You will collaborate effectively with International teams across different time zones.
- You will collaborate with production and asset managers to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic and that deadlines are met. This includes managing multiple concurrent campaigns while ensuring artwork maintains quality and consistency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual design and art direction within entertainment, specifically in film and television environments.
- Strong understanding of key art development, campaign design, and visual storytelling for entertainment content.
- Experience developing creative concepts with the ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual solutions.
- Exceptional graphic design skills and demonstrated mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously across distributed teams in multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong key art design and cinematic retouching skills; ability to take artwork from concept to finish with high levels of polish.
- Familiarity with cinematic language and visual storytelling.
- Deep knowledge of visual trends in entertainment marketing and understanding of what creative performs for different audience segments.
- Understanding of international market preferences and ability to create culturally relevant visual solutions.
- Background in entertainment marketing, streaming platform creative production, or global creative agencies.
- Track record of managing creative development at scale including concept development, iteration, and final execution.

- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
