Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Revit Designer to develop 3D models and 2D drawings in REVIT software. Responsibilities include preparing project documents and coordinating with clients. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree and at least 2 years of construction experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Construction field.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D Models and/or 2D drawings in REVIT software
• Prepare drawings, submission and update for project documents
• Create Revit Families with parameters as per project specifications
• Ensure models and/or drawings produced comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications
• Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high quality models, drawings and/or documents.
• Receipt, distribute, record and file all drawings
• Control of issuance of drawings to relevant parties
• Compile As-built drawing upon project completion
• Coordinate with clients and consultants on the technical requirements, attend technical discussions
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in Revit, must have hands-on experience on BIM/Revit
• Experience in Architecture or Civil & Structural Engineering
• Minimum Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years of working experience in Construction field (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Self-motivated
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work well as a member of a team
• Good communication skills
