Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of production-related incidents in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Provide workarounds for unresolved incidents to ensure business continuity.
• Conduct health checks of production environments for Risk Management.
• Ensure and maintain application availability as defined in SLAs.
• Develop views and SQL scripts in Oracle.
• Perform basic end-to-end performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries.
• Participate in production operations support, including application monitoring, maintenance, and restoration activities.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve issues and implement patches for third-party software defects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any equivalent
• Minimum of 2+ years in backend application support or similar role.
• Good experience with Java/J2EE technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with Middleware technologies (Oracle WebLogic).
• Experience with API Gateway Layer 7.
• Good understanding of application performance tuning and optimization.
