Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain in-house dashboards to track application performance for 200+ consumer banking technology applications.


• Design, develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor key performance indicators for critical applications.


• Work with the SRE team to automate mundane tasks and increase productivity.


• Conforming to the bank’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards ensuring relevant documentations are completed.


• Collaborate with stakeholders across platforms to ensure the effective implementation of other toil reduction initiatives.


• Automate regular and periodic reports whenever possible.

Requirements

• Minimum of 9 years technology experience (preferably in the financial industry).


• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, a related technical field that involves programming, or equivalent practical experience.


• 3 years’ experience in the following areas


• Scripting Language: Python, Flask/Perl, script/Rest API


• SQL: MySQL/Oracle/MS SQL


• Front End: ReactJS, NodeJS


• Jenkins pipeline


• Bitbucket


• Understands key SRE concepts such as Toil, SLI, SLO, Error Budgets, MTTD, MTTR, etc.
