Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment, ideally with a company in the technology/hardware space
  • Proven experience implementing Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. 5S, waste reduction, bottleneck analysis)
  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership, coordination, or management
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and data-driven problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proactive, hands-on approach

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong, high-performing team by leading, hiring, and mentoring warehouse staff
  • Manage and optimize daily supply chain operations, including production, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Sales, Finance, Engineering) and liaise with external partners (3PLs)
  • Develop, monitor, and report on performance & quality metrics
  • Direct and execute continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen events)
