Responsibilities

• Responsible for Profit and Loss (P & L) for the overall administration of the Region.
• Implement long range plans for profitable growth including site assessments.
• Plan and maintain responsibility for Aftermarket Service Product Lines.
• Identify capital expenditure needs with justification.
• Manage warranty, scrap and rework, and cost reduction planning.
• Partner with Financial team for operational monitoring.
• Collaborate with Quality Partner on Quality Assurance implementation.
• Promote EHS programs and safety culture.
• Provide leadership for regional team, focusing on talent retention.
• Develop personnel methods to meet business strategies.
• Oversee competency management system implementation.
• Collaborate with global peers for strategy alignment.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Code of Conduct.
• Identify growth opportunities outside current operations.
