Job Description
  1. Be ready to lead a team of 1-3 headcounts (ie. Account Managers / Sales Managers).
  2. Design and implement channel strategies to expand market reach and achieve sales targets.
  3. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships.
  4. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to resolve technical and commercial issues.
  5. Develop and manage partner incentive programs to boost engagement and performance.
  6. partner performance and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
  7. Champion partner enablement programs, including training on products, services, and sales techniques.
The Successful Applicant
  • About 10 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing channel partners across SEA and/or APAC region.
  • Technical and operational background knowledge in Test & Measurement industries is important to manage real‑life challenges and situations when developing and managing partner ecosystems.
