A leading brand management company in Singapore is seeking to hire a Regional Brand Manager. This role involves developing and executing brand strategies tailored to various APAC markets, enhancing brand awareness, and managing integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead a regional marketing team, focusing on both online and offline marketing efforts, while also overseeing budget management and performance analytics. Strong leadership and a strategic mindset are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities
1、Develop and Execute Regional Brand Strategy Formulate and implement a brand strategy aligned with the company’s global positioning while adapting to the characteristics of different APAC markets. Localize brand narratives to ensure both consistency and cultural relevance across markets.
2、Enhance Brand Awareness and Equity Design and drive initiatives to increase brand visibility, awareness, preference, and loyalty. Monitor key brand health metrics and apply data-driven insights to refine strategy and execution.
3、Integrated Marketing & Communication Campaigns Lead integrated marketing communications (IMC) efforts, both online and offline, supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key brand moments. Coordinate cross-channel assets such as advertising, PR, influencers/KOLs, and social engagement.
4、Digital Marketing and Social Media Develop digital strategies including content marketing, social media planning, SEO /SEM, and e-commerce performance campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize digital presence and ROI.
5、Regional Collaboration and Team Leadership Oversee brand and marketing execution across regional markets by working closely with local teams and agency partners. Lead, mentor, and grow a regional marketing team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
6、Budget and Performance Management Manage and allocate marketing budgets across markets effectively to maximize returns. Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
