Overview
The incumbent will assist in planning, preparing and executing SLNG's sustainability roadmap at Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd. This role will contribute to setting up the Sustainability direction for a renowned SME – SLNG, a major LNG player in the region.

- Business As Usual Activities
- Conduct research, gap analysis, feasibility studies and generate reports as required
- Ensure compliance with local and international sustainability regulations and standards
- Keep up-to-date with local, regional and global ESG trends, developments and updates
- Collaborate with various departments to collect data, plan and execute relevant initiatives
- Monitor Sustainability Metrics and KPIs for performance tracking and trending
- Update SLNG Corporate Sustainability page
- Conduct, review and/or participate in risk assessment on ESG related issues as necessary
- Assist in the preparation and execution of (not limited to):
- Sustainability Day
- Development of SLNG's annual Sustainability Report
- Sustainability Training Program & Activities (workshops, talks, trips etc.) for the year
- Scope 3 assessment
- IFRS gap assessment roadmap planning and implementation
- Assist in the preparation and execution of Sustainability Steering Committee meetings
- Perform purchase requisition to goods receipts, maintain ESG data and database, design and slides preparation etc.
Initiatives
Planning and execution of all ESG related initiatives, ranging from departmental initiatives to larger capex projects.
- Develop an automated monitoring system for tracking and alerting on regulatory/practices changes affecting compliance
- Enhancements to SLNG Corporate Sustainability page
- Enhancements to ESG Database
- Awards, Events & Collaborations
- Support teams in the development and execution of projects
- Prepare project documentation, meeting summaries, and presentations as needed
- Other initiatives
Work Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant ESG experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB - IFRS etc.)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks relevant to ESG
- Knowledge in carbon management and markets
- Relevant experience in data management and analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with basic coding, web development, AI, digitalisation etc.
- Having a creative or design flair is a plus
- Independent self-starter who can also work well in team settings
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Meticulous and detailed
Education Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accountancy or Sustainability related fields
