About the role

AGI Freight Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Airfreight Import Executive to join our dynamic team in the Changi Point East Region. This is a full‑time position that will play a key role in our freight/cargo forwarding operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate and manage the import of airfreight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient clearance through customs.
• Liaise with airlines, customs, and other relevant parties to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for the import process.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and analysis of airfreight import data.
• Collaborate with the wider logistics team to optimise airfreight import operations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in airfreight import or a similar logistics role.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import/export processes.
